DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER SURGENT! SOME SURGENS IN TURKEY DO MASS-SURGERY WITH BADLY TRAINED DOCTORS!

Sehr geehrte Dr.med. Leyla Kandur Lasik Institut Istanbul,

German: (scroll down for English) ich bin seit Jahren begeisterter NICHT-BRILLEN-TRÄGER dank ihrem hervorragenden Team, ihrer Flexibilität (3 Tage vor Abflug spontane Entscheidung von mir sich via LASIK lasern zu lassen).

Ich kann die Vorurteile der Presse (Spiegel etc.) nicht teilen, welche Augen OPs in Istanbul schwarz-weiß malerisch verteufeln.

Man muss halt einfach nur wissen wer eine gute Adresse ist und wer gute Arbeit macht.

Denn wer gute Arbeit macht ist auch bereit darüber Transparenz walten zu lassen, Statistiken zu veröffentlichen und zu sprechen.

Ich bin mit ihrer Arbeit nach jetzt 5 Jahren (Op-Tag 10.06.2005 soweit ich weiß) überaus zufrieden und nach wie vor Beschwerden frei, Brillen-frei und klare Sicht voraus!

Soweit ich weiß kann bis +8 Dioptrie gelasert werden, egal ob kurz oder weitsichtig mit oder ohne Zylinder. Scheiß egal! LEUTE FLIEGT DA HIN! MACHT DAS!

Ich war -6 Dioptrie Kurzsichtig.

DIE 1000€ SOLLTE EUCH EIN LEBEN OHNE BRILLE WERT SEIN! (evtl sind es mittlerweile etwas mehr aber einfach mal nachfragen DAS TEAM UM FRAU  Dr. Kandur SPRICHT PERFEKTES DEUTSCH!)

• KEINESFALLS sollte man sich von Optikern in Deutschland verunsichern lassen, diese verlieren auch nur ungern Kunden
• AUF JEDENFALL sollte man die Reise zu zweit machen und vor der OP sich entspannen, evtl. sogar die angebotene beruhigungs-Tablette (was ist da drin? X-D) annehmen, weil ich war etwas ZU SEHR aufgeregt X-D

I have been an enthusiastic non-glasses wearer for years thanks to your excellent team, your flexibility (3 days before departure spontaneous decision to LASIK).

I cannot share the prejudices of the press (Spiegel etc.), a lot of press probably because of eyewear-lobby will paint a bad picture of the LASIK procededures in Istanbul (some Docs in Turkey might be bad Docs but having studied in USA + high quality equipment from Germany make Dr Kandur do a very very good job!)

You just have to know who is a good address and who does a good job.

Because if you do a good job, you are also willing to use transparency, publish statistics and talk about it.

I am extremely satisfied with your work after now 15 years (op-day 10.06.2005 as far as I know) and still complaints free, eyeglass-free and clear vision ahead!

As far as I know up to +8 dioptre can be lasered, no matter if short or farsighted with or without cylinder.

GO THERE! DO THAT!

I was -6 dioptre short-sighted.

THE $1500 SHOULD BE WORTH A LIFE WITHOUT GLASSES! (maybe a bit higher fees now 15 years after my surgery)

Dr. Kandur speaks perfect English, her team also speaks German.

• please call before departure, make an appointment & let the local ophthalmologist measure the cornea thickness! (too thin cornea cannot be lasered, DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO BE DEMOTIVATED BY LOCAL EYEWEAR LOBBYSISTS X-D)
• Under no circumstances should you let yourself be unsettled by opticians, they also hate to lose customers – FOREVER! X-D

In any case, you should make the trip as a couple and relax before the surgery, possibly even the offered sedative tablet (optional: but what is it? X-D) suppose because I was a little too excited X-D
